ANIMAL FLOW 2!!🦍🐆🐊🦀

Hi everyone!
Today we will continue moving like animals!
We are going to start warming up with a...TABATANIMAL!!🦍🐆🐊🦀
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds doing the exercise and then 10 seconds resting.
You only need to copy your P.E teacher Julio!!!

Repeat this routine:
Once: Animal Puppy 🐀
Twice: Strong Animal 🦊
Three times: Lion King 🦁

And now we can practice something a little bit more difficult:


And to finish, don't forget to stretch!It's very important!

FOR TIME

Hi everybody!🙋

Today you are going to learn another kind of Crossfitness WOD:

"FOR TIME"

In the following 2 videos you have the english and spanish explanation about what a For time WOD is. 



Here you have the standards of the exercises shown by your P.E teacher Diego.


Now it`s your turn:

3. When you finish, write down in "commentaries" the number of rounds and repetitions that you have got.

CARDIO TABATA

Hi P.Eople!🎾🏀🏈
It´s time to train hard💪💪and make your heart PUMP💓💓
Today we suggest you a Cardio Tábata. 8 rounds with 45" working and 15" resting (you can rest more if you need it).
Follow these instructions:👇
- Watch de video to learn the different exercises.👀
- Play the music video with the interval timer.🎶
- Decide how many times are you going to repeat it:
                                👦Begineer level : Once with adaptations 
                                🏃Athlete: Once without adaptations.
                                🏁Pro: Twice
                                🏆Hero Legend:3 times
                       
The exercises are very simple:
1.Jog on the spot
2.Mountain climbers
3. Jumping Jacks
4. Side squats
5. Front jumping jacks.
6. High knees
7. Side steps and jump.
8. Heels to butocks

CROSSFITNESS KIDS: EMOM

Hi kids!
Today you are going to learn and practice a new kind of workout: An EMOM.
The achronym EMOM means "Every minute on the minute".
In the next video you have the explanation in spanish.



Here you have Diego showing you an example about the standards of the exercises.



( younger students can do 3 or 2 reps of each exercise instead of 5)

Now it's your turn. Do this short warm up routine:
3 sets of:
20 jumping jucks
2 knees push ups
2 Sit ups 
2 Squats

Play the timer on and start training!!Off we go!!

P.D When you finish dont forget to stretch a little bit to cool down.

AMRAP PARA QUINTO DE PRIMARIA

¿Qué es un AMRAP?

A los/las alumnos/as de quinto que estos días tenéis que estar en vuestra casa y no podéis venir al cole os propongo que hagáis un Amrap en vuestra casa si os encontráis bien. Vuestra familia os puede grabar y me lo enviáis al mail maestrodiegoef@gmail.com. Mucho ánimo y pronto nos vemos.

Es un trabajo de Crossfitness en el que tenemos que trabajar durante un corto peridod de tiempo tantas repeticiones como sea posible durante un periodo de tiempo de diferentes ejercicios.
It's a Crossfitness workout in which you have to perform in a short period of time "As many repetitions (or rounds) as possible" of different exercises.

Seguid estas instrucciones:
Follow the instructions:

1. No olvidéis calentar antes de empezar el trabajo de Amrap
2. Hacedlo despacio y de manera segura. Puedes descansar lo que necesites.
3. Escribe en los comentarios del post cuantas repeticiones y series has conseguido hacer.

1. Don't forget to warm up before starting the workout!
2. Do it slowly and safely. You can rest as much as you want if you need it.
3. Write down in comments your number of repetitions and rounds!

Try to complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 5 minutes OF:

30 Jumping Jacks
10 Push ups 
10 Air Squats
10 seconds in plank position 
30 Mountain Climbers

If you finish beforetime, start again!

GET FIT AT HOME...TABATA!

Today, we recommend you a fitness workout. A Tabata. As you know (see the post https://hoytocaef.blogspot.com/search/label/Crossfitness) a Tabata is a mediium or high intensity exercise that we can do these days that we can't leave home and moreover, it's suitable for the whole family. 
Only a mat and a music player are needed.
The workout consists on perform an exercise while the music is playing during 20 or 30 seconds and rest 10 seconds when the music indicates it. You can increase or slow down the execution of the exercise to adapt the intensity.

At the beggining, it will be hard to do the exercises all the time (it doesn't matter! You can rest as much as you need), but in a few days you will do it without any problem. Don't forget to warm up before starting the workout!

During these days we will upload more workout and tabata videos. In the next link you have the music and the workout, and the standard of each exercise. You only have to click in!

Hoy os proponemos un trabajo de Condición Física: Una Tabata. 
Como sabéis (ver entrada del blog https://hoytocaef.blogspot.com/search/label/Crossfitness) una tabata es un circuito de media o alta intensidad,que podemos realizar estos días que no podemos salir de casa y que es apto para hacer con toda la familia. 
Solo necesitas una esterilla, y un teléfono móvil, tablet, ordenador u otro aparato para reproducir música. 
La estructura consiste en realizar un ejercicio durante 20 o 30 segundos mientras la música suena, y descansar 10 segundos cuando la música nos lo indica. Para aumentar o disminuir la intensidad, basta con aumentar o disminuir el ritmo de la música.

Al principio nos costará aguantar todo el tiempo realizando los ejercicios (no pasa nada, podemos descansar un poquito), pero en unos pocos días lo harás sin problema.
No olvides que es muy importante calentar un poco antes de comenzar!

A lo largo de estos días iremos añadiendo más entrenamientos en forma de tábata, videos, etc...

A continuación tienes música elaborada con la estructura de la tábata, la ejecución de los ejercicios, sólo tienes que hacer click sobre los videos.

Hui us proposem un treball decondició física: Una Tabata.
 Com ja sabeu (vore entrada del blog
 https://hoytocaef.blogspot.com/search/label/Crossfitness) una tabata es un exercici de mitja o alta intensitat que podem realitzar estos dies que no podem eixir de casa i que és apte per a fer amb tota la família. 
Tan sols necessites un matalàs, i un telèfon móbil, tablet, ordinador o altre aparell per a reproduÏr música. 
L'estructura consisteix en realitzar un exercici al voltant de 20 o 30 segons al temps que la música sona, i descansar 10 segons quan la música ens ho diga. Per a augmentar o disminuir la intensitat, és suficient amb augmentar o disminuir el ritme de la música.

Al principi ens costarà un poquet aguantar tot el temps realitzant els exercicis (no passa res, podem descansar un poquet), però en uns pocs dies ho faràs sense problema. No oblides calfar una mica abans de començar!

Al llarg d'aquestos dies anirem pujant videos i diversos entrenaments en forma de tàbata.
A continuació tens música preparada per a utilitzar amb l'estructura de l'entrenament i dels exercicis. Solament has de fer click als videos.

WHO IS THE FITTEST AT SCHOOL? CROSSFITNESS JUNIOR!

Next week we are starting to work on basic physical capacities again with our 5th and 6th grade students again. In this ocassion we will do it through a new and fascinating sport called Crossfitness. Obviously we will adapt this sport, which is engaging people from all over the world, to our student's age.
