HIGHER, FASTER AND STRONGER II

 Hi P.Eople!😀😀

During October we have been working on the Olympics Gamification Projectat Costa Blanca School  ...

We have done the Physical Condition we usually do which you can see in this post:

Apart from doing their best to improve their marks, this year our sudents can check if they have broken any record and have entered in the HALL OF FAME

This is our personal poster, in which we show other student's records.  Students who are  nowadays in year 5, 6 or even in the hish school.🤴👸


Moreover, our P.E teachers Julio and Diego take part into this activity. We have another poster with their marks. 
It´s very fun and motivating to try to beat them!😁

We have implemented other interesting resources using ICTs, as the FOTO FINISH to make clear difficult decisiones... Students love this functionality and they are really engaged with the activities!!📷📱





Students use to enjoy a lot with this gamification project , and next year we will implement new aspects like giving them paper medals as a reward in the tests. 🥇🥈🥉🏅🏆 or other rewards.

Today we are going to play videogames but in a more active and fun way...We are going to play...

MINECRAFT!!

In the next activity you must choose the safest action for each character, and then perform the exercise! You'll get a point for each correct answer!!


After making little efforts, we will cool down practising some YOGA!!

ACTIVE VIDEOGAMES!!

Hi kids!
Do you like video games? Are you a gamer?
I hope so because today we are going to move our body through...

ACTIVE VIDEOGAMES!!🎮🎧

In the first activity, you have 10 seconds to choose a character and perform the exercise that he`s doing. You can repeat this routine twice, to perform all the acharacter`s exercises.
(You will start the game dancing with Super Mario)


Very good children!
Now lets move on to the 
                                      SUPER MARIO FITNESS CHALLENGE!!

In the next activity, you have 10 seconds to choose WHICH ACTION IS THE SAFEST FOR MARIO OR LUIGI. If you guess the answer, you get a point! Then, you have to perform  the activity of the character that you have chosen!

BLACK PANTHER WORKOUT

Hello everybody!
Do you want to be strong and agile like Black Panter? 
Here you have the workout that he usually does to be super fit!!
You can start with this Warm up routine!



When you finish, you can move to the main part of the workout.
1 set = Beginner level 👦
2 sets= Athlete level  🏁
3 sets= PRO Level🎩
More than 3 sets = Superstar level!!🏆


Don't forget to do some stretching after finishing the work out!!

HOGWARTS WORKOUT

Hi kids!
Do you want to become a great wizard like Harry Potter?And which house do you like the most, Slytherin, Griffindor, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw?
If you want to join one of them, you must train hard!
Here you have a training routine to keep you fit!

First of all, here you have a Warm up routine:





Now you can move the main part of the lesson, the workout. As you can see in the picture, you can repeat it 3, 6 or 9 times. 


To COOL DOWN, you can do some stretching practicing YOGA

STAR WARS TRAINING!!#AT HOME

Hi little padawans!🎬
Would you like to become a strong Jedi knight like Luke Skywalker?
Today we are going to suggest you a JEDI training routine to perform at home. You can engage your family to train with you too!

First of all, let's go with the WARM UP!


Once you have finished, rest 2 minutes, take a sip of water, and move to the 

"Jedi training routine"






Here you have other alternatives to train as a Jedi!
If you want to make it easier, you can adapt the routine to your physical level, and do 15 or 10 reps of each exercise, instead of 20. 
On the other hand, if you want to train harder you can do 3, 5 or 7 complete sets, as you can see in the picture.


And to finish, we can do some stretching practicing YOGA!
