FOR TIME

Hi everybody!🙋
We hope all of you have charges your batteries during this weekend!🔋🔋
Today you are going to learn another kind of Crossfitness WOD:

"FOR TIME"

In the following 2 videos you have the english and spanish explanation about what a For time WOD is. 



Here you have the standards of the exercises shown by your P.E teacher Diego.


Now it`s your turn: 

1. Warm up a little bit before starting the wod. https://hoytocaef.blogspot.com/search/label/warm%20up

2. Set the timer on and...Off we go!
3. When you finish, write down in "commentaries" the number of rounds and repetitions that you have got.
4. Don't forget to stretch after the workout!
