STAR WARS TRAINING!!#AT HOME

Hi little padawans!🎬
Would you like to become a strong Jedi knight like Luke Skywalker?
Today we are going to suggest you a JEDI training routine to perform at home. You can engage your family to train with you too!

First of all, let's go with the WARM UP!


Once you have finished, rest 2 minutes, take a sip of water, and move to the 

"Jedi training routine"






Here you have other alternatives to train as a Jedi!
If you want to make it easier, you can adapt the routine to your physical level, and do 15 or 10 reps of each exercise, instead of 20. 
On the other hand, if you want to train harder you can do 3, 5 or 7 complete sets, as you can see in the picture.


And to finish, we can do some stretching practicing YOGA!
