KEEP CALM 👑, PRACTICE YOGA AND #STAY AT HOME!

Hi everyboy!
Yoga is a group of physicalmental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that helps to connect people with their bodies, soul and mother earth. It's based on quiet and relaxing movements which improve our flexibility and body self awareness.
There are many different yoga poses. You can try to perform then during 15 seconds each one!






Why should we practice yoga?Because it has tons of benefits




You can practice the following activities and games at home with your family.
It´s very important to create a relaxed and quiet atmosphere before start playing. You can use yoga songs to do so:





YOGA DICE

It is an easy and simple game. First player roll the dice and choose a position from the proper box. 
All players take the position too and keep it for 15". Try to not to repeat the same positions.




YOGA SPINNER

Place the fidget spinner on the bis spinner in the picture. Spin it and perform the yoga pose where the spinner stop.
