3,2,1...LIPDUB!!

Do you like to create music videos 🎬🎥, but you are not especially keen on singing🎤?The answer to your question is simple...LIPDUB!
A lip dub is a type of music video that combines lip synching and audio dubbing to make a music video. It is made by filming individuals or a group of people lip synching while listening to a song or any recorded audio then dubbing over it in post editing with the original audio of the song.

Now the question is...How to  make a homemade Lipdub?

1. First of all, the material that you need is:

- A good lipdub team. You can do it with your friends or family.

- A music player (speaker, tablet...)

- A trendy, easy and catchy song.

- A recorder device (camera, movile phone, tablet...).

- Costumes or different types of clothes, if you want to dress up. 

2. Plan the path for the cameraman.

Think about the places in which you will record, the background and the people who are going to appear in each scene, the actions that can be done...

3. People have to learn the song

So they know how to playback the song and mouth it. This will also help them in formulating the dance moves easily.

 4.Make sure people know how to get involved

Direct communication between your core organizing team and the participants is essential. If you are not too many people, once you disappear from one scene, go fast to another background and get ready, or stop the record!Use your creativity to solve problems!

5. Play the song, get ready and...Start the party!

It doesn’t matter if the shot is not okay the first time!Remember that having fun is the most important!The most important ingredient in this recipe is enthusiasm, no matter what group of people you are working with, make sure everyone is positive and energetic!

6. Edit your video. 

There are tons of easy apps to do it!Magisto, Quik,  Viva video, Camtasia, Filmor Go...

Our CostaBlanca school teachers made a LipDub in 2014.  It was fantastic!
