ROLL AND BOWL!!🎳

Hi everyone!🙋

THIS IS THE LAST (BUT🌞🔥 NOT LEAST) MONTHE OF THE SCHOOL YEAR!!😃🎉AND THE HOTTEST ONE!

Our smallest students from 1st grade are learning a new and  fun game. ¡Bowling!🎳

It's an interesting sport to practice, as it's quieter than other sports, and temperatures in june are really hot very often. 

Apart from improving their accuracy, and eye-hand coordination, our little guys are learning to control the scoreboard, adding and taking away points, writing them down in small whiteboards, and how to cooperate and work as a team. 

To do so, we are using a competential methodology approach. During the game, students assume different roles, and they must develope all  the game on their own. They must control the scoreboard, set the pins, collect the bowls...So they can improve their self reliance and autonomy.

And everything while they're having fun!!

ULTIMATE FREESBEE!!

During this month our young students at Costablanca school are learning a new alternativa sport...ULTIMATE FREESBEE!!

They are playing different games and activities...It`s super fun!

In the next video you can find a basic guide of the game to know the basic rules. At school we will adapt the rules to our school facilities and student's age.

FUN FLOORBALL

 Hi everyone!

March has arrived and with it, a new sport for our Costablanca school students...FLOORBALL!

This fun sport is very similar to hockey, but adapted to our facilities and student´s age.

Colpbol!!

This week we start practising Valentian ball games. One of them is Colpbol, a recently born sport, which consists on score goals hitting the ball with the palm of your hands. Apart from colpbol, students will learn other popular and traditional Valentian games like Raspall, Wall Ball, or Galotxetes. Enjoy them!!

During february our students are playing VALENTIAN BALL games at Costablanca school.

They are practising several modalities like Wall ball, Urban ball, Galotxetes, Raspall, and Colpbol so they can learn an important part of our culture and tradition.

FOOTBAL OR SOCCER?

We have started the second term at Costablanca school practicing and playing Foot Ball Games!⚽

It´s a really interesting content. This sport helps our students to learn:

- How to coordinate and balance our feet movements.

- The meaning of TEAMWORK.

- FAIRPLAY and Sportive Behaviour.

SUPER TEAM HANDBALL!!

Hi everybody!
After working on Physical Condition and Basic Physical capacities, our students form 5th grade are already learning and practising a new and fun sport called Handball.
In order to do so P.E teachers at Costablanca school, we usually use the TGFU approach(Teaching games for understanding).
