As you know it is very important to warm up before doing any physical activity.
And it`s even more important to perform a good cool down part of the lesson, if we really want to prevent injuries.
To do so we can do quieter or less intense games, relaxation activities or stretchiing exercises, as we are going to do today.
In the next videos and pictures you can many different stretching routines for young people that can be very useful four you...and form me as well!😅
