CARDIO TABATA

Hi P.Eople!🎾🏀🏈
It´s time to train hard💪💪and make your heart PUMP💓💓
Today we suggest you a Cardio Tábata. 8 rounds with 45" working and 15" resting (you can rest more if you need it).
Follow these instructions:👇
- Watch de video to learn the different exercises.👀
- Play the music video with the interval timer.🎶
- Decide how many times are you going to repeat it:
                                👦Begineer level : Once with adaptations 
                                🏃Athlete: Once without adaptations.
                                🏁Pro: Twice
                                🏆Hero Legend:3 times
                       
The exercises are very simple:
1.Jog on the spot
2.Mountain climbers
3. Jumping Jacks
4. Side squats
5. Front jumping jacks.
6. High knees
7. Side steps and jump.
8. Heels to butocks
