STAY FIT, STAY AT HOME!

Here you have another workout to do at home!
Follow the instructions:
1. Watch the video. Prepare the material (a mat and a bottle of water).
2. Warm up before starting the tabata (https://hoytocaef.blogspot.com/search/label/warm%20up)
3. Practice the exercises slowly one by one.
4. Play the tabata music (under the video) and...Off we go!
